I’m starting to hate this. I hate the fact that our work, or should I say, my, work schedule is being fucked up. I don’t get to work until Sunday. I only worked about three days this week, Sunday, Monday and today. I won’t even mention the name of the place where I work, it’s not worth it and I am lazy. Schucks.
Have you ever wondered why………….. Now that I think about it, there is a lot of things I have wondered about. For example, right now, at this very moment, I am wondering why I am typing this, it’s very random and out of the blue. Out of the blue, I like those words. Umm, those three words seem to describe my decision to post this on a Saturday night, more than a month after my last post. Sorry for that. This whole work thing has been keeping me away from wordpress.
Just in case your wondering, (Whom am i kidding, of course you’re not wondering about this) what have been up to and what’s new with my life here you go some quicky updates (ha, ha, quicky……. I know, so childish).
First thing….. I am on crack, okay, I am not, at-least not the one you’re thinking about. I am on the kind of crack that is not hazardous to your health, not as much. It’s a different type. It’s called Modern Warfare 2. Yep, a video game, this is my vice and has been so for the last few months. So addicting. Really addicting. Digital crack, that’s what I been on. By the way, that word, Digital Crack, is a trade mark of Victor Esparza. Kidding, it’s not. At least not yet, but just hold on…
Second thing…. I’ve seen some great movies recently. Last month I saw that Tim Burton film, Alice in Wonderland in the theatre and it didn’t blow my mind. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t the best movie. It was just alright. I am hoping to see Clash of the Titans, but I don’t know yet. On Dvd, I saw Precious. This was a very powerful and strong, and not to mention, mature movie. I have a message for Monique, the actress playing Precious’s mom in this, you’re a bitch, at least in this you are. Sorry to tell you, but you were, or maybe she was just that good in it. It was great and it makes my complicated life seem all dandy and colorful, a great one, check it out. I also saw the Blind Side, also not bad, but not great, just meh.
Third thing…. I really miss reading. I am so busy that I don’t have time to do it anymore. All January and February, I had books out from the library on a daily basis, but now I don’t. Before March, I was enjoying a great book called The Five People You Meet in Heaven, sad thing is, I didn’t get to finish it. Stupid work, you made me busy. Damn. I was really liking this one, I’ll have to check it again later or I could always just Wikipedia or Google the ending, which is what I didn’t get to read. I’ll read you one day, The Five People You Meet in Heaven, one day, one day, I am going to finish you.
Fourth thing…. Man, I was pretty freaked out the other day. I thought, I had lost something extremely important to me, but I didn’t. For about a week, I was pretty shitty. Mostly mad at myself though. I believed I had gone and lost my wallet. I didn’t have much money in it, but I did have some other stuff important to me in there. Like I said, I was extremely mad at me. But, later on I found it, so it’s all good now.
Fifth thing… I have a new friend. It’s a she actually. She’s really nice and easy to talk to. I know her from work, we met last year, but this year we reconnected again. I wonder if there is something there, like a spark or connection. I think there is. The thing is…I think she’s taken. Why area all the best ones taken. Sigh. Sigh. Sigh.
I am looking at the clock and I see that it is 11:42 p.m. I am not really sleepy. But, I suppose I should try and get some shut eye. Tomorrow is Sunday and I’m thinking it’s going to be a busy one. Easter. Yay, I guess. I don’t really celebrate it, but Happy Eastetr everyone.
P.S. I think pink bunnies carrying a basket of colorful eggs are gay.
So I’ve been really busy lately. I just started working again and I must say it feels good to get a pay check weekly, I had missed that feeling. I also realized that I haven’t blogged in forever, I guess it was because I lost my inspiration and to tell you the truth, I don’t think I have found it yet, I best keep looking for it. This here is an exception, as I am just killing time and waiting for bed time to arrive. These last few days I been feeling good, except for one thing. I had moved on, I wasn’t hung up on this person anymore, but these last few days, they been on my mind. Why did this happen to me? I was cured of this. I don’t want to go back to the way I feeling before…. Sighh….Sighh….Sighhh.
Umm, what to say, what to say. We’ll, it’s Saturday, oh, but you probably already know that, but in case you didn’t, now you do. Umm, we’ll, I’ve been reading a great novel. It’s called ‘The Five People You Meet in Heaven’ by the great author, Mitch Albom. It’s a great little book that has me addicted. Yep. Idk.

Hello. Sorry for the delay. Okay, you guys must hear about this television series currently ruling the airwaves in Latin America and here in the United States. There hasn’t been a show like this in forever, except last year, when the first season was on air. All I can say about this show is Wow. The show is called Mujeres Asesinas 2 or Killer Women 2. This is the second season of the show and its apically good.
The show takes what is the most impressive cast of mexican actresses and actors ever assembled and gives them some of the most hurt, complex, damaged, not to mention evil, characters ever seen on spanish television. Did I mention the show is in spanish? We’ll it is and that makes it all the better. The cast is superb, everybody whose who of the entertainment world in Mexico is here. We are talking about some the most recognized faces in the country. Included in the cast are some of the most talented up and coming actresses that show their talent, but also the just as superb been-here-along-time actresses and actors that command the screen with a force rarely seen. I could name some of them, but I don’t think they would be recognizable to you, but take my word for it, this is a cast for the ages. The only show that rivals this stunning cast happens to be the cast from the first season.
The show is based on an Argentine book of the same name. It revolves around a team of detectives investigating the motives of the killers, who are all women. I’ve heard this show being described as CSI, except that the killers are all female. Each episode consists of a different story all based on real life events. The plot of each episode will portray the life of the murderer, all leading up to the actual event. Wether it’s a cheating husband story-line or a prostitution narrative, you will be left breathless. The plots are tightly written and the acting is top notch. Only the best are here, wether producers, actors, directors, only the best. Actually, the producer of the series, Pedro Torres, is extremely talented, he’s kind of like a Mexican version of Jerry Bruckheimer, he does it all, soap operas, movies and now the most famous Mexican produced tv series in the world.

I am talking about a mature, sex laden, foul language television program here. Bit of a warning, it can get quite mature. The sex scenes are edgy, just as the potty mouth language. But, what I will caution the most is the actual death murder scenes. These last minutes of each episode, which show the woman losing control and eventually slaying their victims, which can consist of husbands, friends, all types of relatives. These scenes are bloody, gory, violent, blood soaked sequences that should be precautionary to young viewers. These might be adult themed, but they are necessary, as they bring each episode to a close.
Mujeres Asesinas 2 airs on the leading spanish language channel in the United States, Univision, every Thursday at 10 p.m. From what i’ve heard, the show keeps breaking rating levels week after week. Once you see the show, you can see for yourself why. It’s that good. Just as great was the job done by the network, Univision, in the marketing. It was a bloody, innovative, attention grabbing campaign that aired for weeks, all leading up to the premiere that happened in mid January to record breaking audiences.
The latest episode, episode three, aired two days ago and I couldn’t believe what happened. It was intense. This show just keeps on getting better and better. Here’s a bonus point for the show, it airs in HD, so it’s crisp and clear. I could go on all day about the series and how great it is, but if I do I will start sounding like a fanboy, so I will have to keep it under control.

Yesterday was pretty crazy. I had a roller-coaster of a day. Up and downs, the whole day. By around ten o’clock at night I was feeling really exhausted, but I could not sleep. I kept thinking about this one person and missing them so much. I kept on wondering when I will see them again and how I could live on without them. But, now that I think about it, that is love, huh? Not a moment passes when their not on my mind. I swear, 24/7, every day, every second, every hour, thats how often this person is on my mind. A whole bunch time. Sigggghhhhhhhh.
