The Dish People sent out a technician to our house today and our DVR is finally working. It got screwed up while arranging our living room around. Anyways, the point is that it works now and I can finally watch tv on our tv. And more especially I can DVR shows now. I have to say, the job was done properly and quickly, not to mention that the technical dude was friendly. Congrats Dish Network on the great customer support with technical people. Actually let me rephrase that. When you call them, it’s probably going to be busy and you are going to be on the line for hours. And most of the time they probably wont fix the problem. But, when they send you someone to help you out, they do get the job done.
